"Technology Centre Mongstad is the world's largest test centre for CO2 capture technologies, and plays a decisive role in the work to promote a climate technology that the world simply cannot do without. It is gratifying that the Government is increasing allocations to TCM and to research and development through CLIMIT," says CEO Tore Amundsen in Gassnova.

A total of NOK 200 million has been earmarked for the CLIMIT fund. Gassnova will receive NOK 164 million in administration subsidies, as well as for the work on following up the commitment to TCM, conclusion of the full-scale project, and the CCS feasibility study.
